Who We Are
The Sevenoaks Round Table formed back in 1950 and is part of an international organisation of young men who like to socialise, take part in fun activities and support community events while raising money for local charities and giving back.
It’s a great place to meet new people, make new friends as well as do some good for the local community and helping people less fortunate than ourselves.
What We Do
We are probably best known in Sevenoaks for our amazing fireworks display held at Sevenoaks School every year in November. All the money we raise from that event goes back via grants to support local charities and worthy causes all in the Sevenoaks area. We also sponsor local community projects like the renovation of the red phone box in the high street which will house a life saving defibrillator and support other charities with their fund-raising events.
In addition to our community involvement, we also enjoy a strong social side, meeting regularly for fun events and we enjoy welcoming new members. Some of our events include paddle-boarding, lawn bowls, comedy evenings, pub quiz nights, indoor bowling, mountain biking, not to mention our weekly Monday evening walks which have become something of an institution and a great way to socialise regularly. We also take part in regional Round Table combined events such as softball and crazy golf and more.
Membership of Round Table is for young men aged between 18 and 45 from all walks of life, without any religious or political leanings. We have certain expectations on attendance, but there are no secret handshakes or special ceremonies to take part in.
We are always looking to make new friends and strongly encourage interested guys to get in touch.
